To commemorative a century since the death of Henry Lawson, the HLM&LS has arranged to have a medallion cast to mark this special year.
On one side of the medallion is an image of Henry Lawson with the words ‘Henry Lawson The People’s Poet (1867-1922)’ and on the reverse are the words ‘I was born to write of the things that are’.
The medallion is 50mm in diameter and 3mm thick. It is zinc diecast with a bronze finish in antique copper plating, brushed. Each medallion is presented in either in a clear plastic coin case or a black leatherette case and can be purchased from the Society for $15 or $20 respectively(+ $10.55 for postage & handling).
